I have Medal of Honor instalation CD's since the old Mac OS 9 and it worked. The game was also builted for the Mac OS X and both Aspyr and Apple confirms that it runs on int.
However I can't make it run, no matter what! :S

Aspyr Media spokesperson Amy Torres was the guest of honor during last night's gaming segment on Shawn King's popular QuickTime show, Your Mac Life. During the Webcast, Torres indicated that Aspyr would be publishing the Macintosh version of Medal of Honor: Allied Assault.
Medal of Honor: Allied Assault is a first person shooter set in World War II. Developed by 2015 Inc. and published for the PC by Electronic Arts, Medal of Honor: Allied Assault is powered by the same engine that is used by Quake III Arena. It has won the acclaim of critics and players who appreciate the gritty, realistic gameplay based on historical campaigns.
In Medal of Honor: Allied Assault, you take the role of Lt. Mike Powell, a member of the 1st Ranger Battalion. You take on 20 levels, each with specific objectives and goals. You'll face off against almost two-dozen different kinds of enemies and use more than 21 different historically accurate weapons, and you'll interact with vehicles like the M4 Sherman tank and the M3 Half Track. The game features extensive online play, as well.
Torres noted that the Mac conversion work is being done by Westlake Interactive's Duane Johnson, whose previous credits include other Quake III Arena engine-based games published by Aspyr like Star Trek: Voyager -- Elite Force and the forthcoming Return to Castle Wolfenstein. Westlake Interactive's Project Status Web page lists an as-yet-unidentified game conversion project called 'Miller.' Various sources have put forth the Miller project as Medal of Honor: Allied Assault. Westlake lists the Miller project at pre-Alpha.
Speaking of Return to Castle Wolfenstein, Torres explained holdup to gamers who are growing increasingly impatient for the game's release. Its Macintosh development effectively completed, Return to Castle Wolfenstein is currently undergoing a final approval process through PC game publisher Activision, the game's original license holder. Torres expressed confidence that the Mac version of Return to Castle Wolfenstein would be released to manufacturing by the end of March.
